Portfolio Management Concepts with CA Clarity PPMThis one day instructor led course focuses on creating and evaluating portfolios and Portfolio Management with Clarity PPM best practices. This class is comprised of informative lectures combined with hands-on lab exercises in the Clarity PPM application. Portfolio Managers will benefit from best practices in creating portfolio’s, evaluating investments based on business objectives/goals, budgets and strategic alignment. They will categorize and score portfolios, implement actions based on investment decisions, create and apply scenarios and processes, leverage Portlets, reports and Business Objects Universes (if installed).
